Refund policy
KNOMO PRODUCTS - LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIMS
All KNOMO BAGS are guaranteed for two years after purchase. All ACCESSORIES (Phone cases, iPad covers, organisers, laptop sleeves and batteries) are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
The products you purchased are warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials. In the event of such defect, they will be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge on return of the defective product to us, upon satisfactory proof of purchase from our authorized resellers in Singapore and date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the value of the Knomo product and is available to the original purchaser of the goods only.
This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods and is void if the products have been.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Damaged by negligence, misuse or accident after purchase;
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used or not used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied with the goods;
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Adapted or repaired other than by us or an approved service centrr; or
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Added on to or used with other goods which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these goods.
This warranty excludes any cosmetic damages or defects due to normal wear and tear, abuse, shipping damage and we accept no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the goods.
This warranty is NOT renewed upon repair or replacement of the product.
Any defects in materials or workmanship notified to us after expiry of the warranty period are not covered by this warranty.
Simply return the products to us if a warranty is applicable, we will repair or replace the defective products at our option, with the same or with comparable product.
This warranty only covers products purchased from our authorised resellers and in Singapore only.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KNOMO bags and covers do not guarantee protection of devices (phones, laptops, tablets) from drops, accidents, misuse or improper care.
In no event shall KNOMO or its suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if KNOMO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KNOMO has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in or connected to the products, including, without limitation, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other devices or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract), the entire liability of KNOMO and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.
RETURNS
You can return your KNOMO product within 30 days of receiving your original order for full priced items or 14 days for sale or discounted items for items purchased from KNOMO Singapore website ONLY.
The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

For all returns, you are required to cover the cost of the return delivery to our office.
For your own security, we recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending goods to us. Please note that returned product without prior authorisation, beyond the 30 days time limit or without a copy of your receipt of purchase will not be accepted. You are also very welcome to hand deliver your return products back to our office at 8 Burn Road, #04-14, Trivex, Singapore 369977Â (Located next to Tai Seng MRT station. Exit at Station Exit A - Upper Paya Lebar Road, then walk to the other end of Irving Road) after informing us.
 If you purchased your KNOMO from a retail store or another online retailer and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.
REFUNDS Â
When we receive and accept your return, we will refund the credit card that was used for payment of your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. Refunds will cover the cost of your original purchase, excluding any delivery charges. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
